Delivery

Preparing your files

File transfer — MASV

Files are exchanged via MASV, a secure large-file transfer service. Transfers are encrypted in transit and at rest, and the platform is ISO 27001 / SOC 2 certified. When you’re ready to send, I’ll email an upload request to your address — just open the link and upload from your browser. No software or account needed.

What to prepare

  • Final track order and correct titles
  • Mastering notes and reference tracks
  • Vinyl: side split, speed, catalog number
  • CD: ISRC, UPC, metadata
  • Deliver alternate versions (instrumentals, etc.) together with the main tracks
  • If you have a label copy, please include it at delivery

Mix delivery

Please bounce your mix as 24- or 32-bit / 44.1 kHz or higher / WAV or AIFF. No other special requirements.

FAQ

Mixing balances the level, panning, and tone of each track into a single stereo mix. Mastering is the final stage that refines that stereo mix — loudness, tone, and track spacing — optimized for streaming, CD, or vinyl.

Yes — a separate master per format is recommended. Streaming, CD, and vinyl each call for a different level and a different treatment of the low and high ends. Depending on your budget and how the release will be used, a single master can cover more than one format; just ask.

Unlimited for major-label clients; up to two rounds for individual / independent clients.

The work and the quality are the same for every client. What differs is the studio time reserved, reflected in the rate. Repeated revisions rarely change the result, so I set a round limit for individual and independent clients.
